How do I Share a Coke?
Share a Coke is a fun way to connect with friends and loved ones. When personalizing Coca-Cola, please have fun, and remember to be respectful, tasteful and appropriate. Avoid profanity, vulgarity, celebrity names and trademarks. Get creative by using up to 18 characters (standard English). There are tools on the site for bulk orders and to suggest names that may not be on our list. All orders are delivered to your door within two weeks.
What brands and packages can I order?
We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to personalize Coca-Cola in the authentic 8-ounce glass bottle, because it is our most iconic product. The Contour bottle, created in 1916 by Alexander Samuelson, represents a large part of Coca-Cola history. Currently, this is the only package and brand available for purchase online but we may expand our assortment soon. In summer 2015, multiple Coke brands and packages will be available in retail stores across the country. They will feature names, nicknames and other Share a Coke messaging. There will also be events held at various locations across the country with opportunities to personalize Coca-Cola packages.
Do all of the bottles in an order have to have the same name?
No. Feel free to get creative and vary the names in your order.
How can I place a large order?
If you need to order a large number of bottles, we suggest using our Bulk Ordering tool. Simply enter all first names you wish to use to personalize your iconic bottles and they will be added to your shopping basket. You can even cut and paste names in from a document like Word or Excel. If you place an order of 100 or more bottles, you will receive an email prompting you to confirm that you placed the order. We must confirm larger orders before we ship to prevent fraud. Please check your SPAM or Junk folder if you did not receive the email as your mail program may have filtered it.
Can you do rush or expedited orders?
At this time, we are not able to offer expedited production or shipping.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with a link to Fed Ex. You can track your package through this link. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email, please check your SPAM or Junk email folders and add ShareaCoke.com to your safe senders list. You can also check your order status through the My Account page and see your tracking information there. Fed Ex can help look up your tracking number at fedex.com/track/ or 1-800-GoFedEx. Or, visit the FedEx Customer Service Page at fedex.com/customersupport.
Can I change or cancel my order?
The process to create your customized bottles is just as personal as the product itself. Therefore, once your order is confirmed, we immediately begin production and changes or cancellations are very difficult. However, if you notice an issue with your order immediately after confirming, please call our Customer Care Team at 1.800.557.4616 and they will try their best to rectify the situation. They are available Monday through Friday, 9AM to 7PM ET. Completion of your order on shareacoke.com confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted so we apologize if we are unable to make changes.
Why was my order cancelled?
You may have ordered bottles with a name(s) that was not approved. Some names, for example, those with double meanings or those with religious sensitivity, may not be approved. In this case, your order was cancelled and your credit card will not be charged. The credit card authorization may appear for a few days until the reversal is processed by your bank. If you created a Share a Coke account, you can logon, go to Order History, modify and reorder your cancelled order.
What is the return policy?
In the rare case of a problem with your order, or if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us using the Contact Us form on the site or please call our Customer Care Team at 1.800.557.4616 and they will try their best to rectify the situation. We aim to reply to your request within 24-48 hours.
Can I buy this product in the store?
You can purchase Coca-Cola in iconic 8 oz. glass bottles at many retailers but you can only get these bottles personalized with a name you enter on ShareaCoke.com.
I suggested my name and it still isn’t available. Why not?
There are over 350,000 names available in our Share a Coke name database and the list is still growing! The list of available names currently covers approximately 99 percent of the U.S. population. However, some names, for example, those with double meanings or those with religious sensitivity, may be excluded. We have done our best to ensure we are culturally sensitive and appropriate in all of our campaign actions.
What web browser do I need to use on the site?
ShareaCoke.com will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome, Safari 6.0.5 for Mac or higher and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9, Safari 5.1.10 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported, but may affect complete enjoyment of the full experience. Internet Explorer 7 and 8 are not supported. In order to have an uninterrupted experience, please ensure that cookies are not Blocked or Disabled for your browser. While the Safari 5.1.7 version will support almost everything we are using, there are a few small gaps. We recommend Windows users not use Safari.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards.

Is there a limit to how many bottles I can order?
There is no limit to how many bottles you may order. If you place an order of 100 or more bottles, you will receive an email prompting you to confirm that you placed the order. We must confirm larger orders before we ship to prevent fraud.
If I am already a My Coke Rewards member, do I need to register as a Share a Coke member?
Existing My Coke Rewards members just need to login using their existing My Coke Rewards account credentials. If you're brand new to Share a Coke, you can register an account or check out as a guest. You will be sent a confirmation email to complete your registration. An individual must have a unique, valid email address to become a Share a Coke Member.
I registered but I did not receive a confirmation?
Please wait a few minutes and be sure to check your Junk Mail or Spam folders, and add My Coke Rewards to your safe senders list. If you still cannot locate the original email from us, click the Resend Confirmation button.
How do I sign out?
To log-out of your ShareaCoke.com account, click on the sign out link below or click on the Sign out button located on your profile page. A link to your profile page is located in the bottom left of the page.
Can you deliver the order on a specific date?
We are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date – please allow two weeks for your order to arrive.
Can I ship bottles to another country?
We are unable to process orders for international shipments; you can only get personalized bottles delivered in U.S., including all 50 states. In addition, we are unable to ship to military addresses outside of the U.S.
What happens if I am not at home to accept delivery of my bottles?
No signature is required. The FedEx driver will leave your package on your door step in a similar manner to most eCommerce transactions. If the driver is unable to leave your package, he or she will leave a note on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The door tag contains information that may offer you the option to sign the door tag and have the driver leave your package in an unsecured location on the next delivery attempt, typically the next business day.
Why was I not charged for bottle deposits or miscellaneous non-sales and use taxes?
Certain states require bottle deposits or miscellaneous non-sales and use taxes. In some cases, we are paying these deposits and taxes on your behalf. These procedures may change over time but the site is compliant with local tax and deposit laws.
